Latest Developments in the 2024 Drone Industry
The Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued regulations on the administration of civil unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Operating a UAV for commercial purposes without a valid pilot qualification and prior airspace application constitutes an illegal act. Anyone who causes major accidents or serious consequences shall be held criminally liable in accordance with the law. For UAV practitioners, a UAV pilot license serves as a professional qualification certificate. Obtaining this license is the first step for those who intend to engage in UAV-related work.
